Dale Gies, Potato Grower Dale Gies isn’t the sort of person you’d expect to find in a book on sustainable agriculture. In fact, until I met him, I would have been hard pressed to imagine anyone quite like him. A former chemical consultant turned potato farmer, Dale now travels the world discussing the benefits of mustard green manures.
