Raab Park

The Raab Park Community Garden in Poulsbo, Washington, is a partnership with WSU Extension Kitsap and the City of Poulsbo Parks and Recreation. The site includes a youth garden and community p-patch, both of which are completely organic and no pesticides are used. Children with their accompanying adults come to the garden every Monday during the summer to plant the produce and learn about organic gardening and the environment. Year round p-patch plots are leased through the City of Poulsbo Parks and Recreation. P-patchers receive information about organic gardening from WSU Kitsap Extension Master Gardeners and Master Composters.
