The Russell Family Foundation

An important foundation supporter of the Washington Toxics Coalition and other environmental organizations, the Russell Family Foundation leads the way in building and landscape design. Their new foundation headquarters in Gig Harbor, Washington has been LEED-certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. The unique facility features many innovative design concepts. The rooftop garden with drought-tolerant plants is maintained without pesticides.
