Ask your legislators to co-sponsor the Toxic-Free Kids and Families Act!
The Toxic-Free Kids and Families Act is smart legislation that will eliminate one of the more common flame retardants detected in the recent couch study - cancer-causing chlorinated Tris - from couches and children’s products. The bill will also ensure manufacturers switch to using safer flame retardants, instead of substituting another equally toxic chemical.
We need to get Tris out of our couches, out of our homes, and require companies to use safer alternatives. Fill out the forms below to ask your legislators to co-sponsor the Toxic-Free Kids And Families Act!
