Sweet Success!

Thanks to everyone who came out to Environmental Lobby Day two weeks ago, especially our awesome volunteers (you know who you are!)  

This year, 475 people from 40 legislative districts spent the day in Olympia making a difference by lobbying their legislators to ban the toxic chemical BPA from sports water bottles, baby bottles and children’s food containers. Was it a coincidence that the Senate passed the Safe Baby Bottle Act a few days later? I think not! 

It was a fun, empowering experience, but don’t take my word for it. Watch our lobby day video and see for yourself.
